Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong , the department of Fine Arts(MFA and BA) , an active member of Fotanian Art Village . Chow was a v isiting Lecturer (part-time) in the School of Design , the Hong Kong Polytechnic University , and he is now teaching as Part-time Lecturer in the Hong Kong Art School .
